Fab location, excellent friendly staff, extraordinary rooms. I loved lovely restaurant. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. The pool was clean and I had soft drinks in the poolside bar.

Location was central downtown, rooms were extremely spacious and I liked professional staff. Delicious meals with complimentary drinks. Fairly clean hotel and superb service. Just a walk down to the wonderful beach. Also, a public square was at a short distance.

The property was cozy and we had a great stay. Honest staff, welcoming room, absolutely fabulous view. The hotel has beautiful location adjacent to the centre of town, eateries of all kinds and city center. Also, it was easy to find parque bombas. Having different excellent drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

My favorite hotel in Ponce, the staff was AWESOME. Property was really big and deluxe. It was near to the airport, 10 minutes' drive, convenient. In my deluxe room there was a good bed that I liked. Got complimentary wake up service, that was nice of them.
